Refund policy
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of the items. If you need to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours. If I have already started working on your order or it has been sent then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.
There are no refunds for lost mail if tracking has not been selected. However if your order has been lost in the post please contact me and I'll get you sorted out with your happy mail.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and I will do my very best to rectify the situation. I am usually very quick at responding to messages so please contact me!
