Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from Belfast, Northern Ireland, U.K.

US Customers

Starting August 29th, new tariff regulations are coming into effect that will significantly impact how international packages are handled. Under these new rules, every shipment sent via Royal Mail to the US will incur an $80 processing fee, regardless of the parcel’s value. This change is part of updated customs procedures and handling costs imposed by US authorities, and unfortunately, it’s out of my control.
Royal Mail has confirmed that this fee applies to all packages, making it unsustainable for me to continue offering standard shipping to the US for the time being.
✨ Introducing Pen Pal Shipping ✨
For very small orders (just a few sticker sheets), I’ll be offering a Pen Pal Shipping option.
Here’s how it works:
• Sent as untracked lettermail
• Hand-addressed with a stamp, just like a good old-fashioned letter
• Shipping cost: £3.60

  • You can order approx 12 sticker sheets so that would be two deluxe kits or 12 single sheets etc
    This option is perfect for light, flat orders and will help us stay connected. You’ll see this option available at checkout for eligible items.

If you are in the EU please note that I ship from Northern Ireland and we are still part of the single trade market so you should not get any customs charges. All EU orders are sent from the Post Office as letter mail. If you receive a customs charge please file a claim through your local postal service.  

How long does shipping take?

UK - orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive (this does not include holidays or weekends) 

International - orders can take up to 30 working days (does not include holidays or weekends)

How do I track my order?

Only orders that paid for tracked shipping at checkout will be trackable. You will get a tracking number in your dispatch email (check your junk mail) You can then track your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

I think my order is lost.

If its been over the amount of working days (shown above) please contact us with your name and order number so we can help you. You can fill in the contact form on the website or reply to your order dispatch email.

What if my order isn't quite right?

Sometimes mistakes happen, we're only human. We try our best to make sure everything is right but sometimes something will slip through. If your order isn't right please contact us as soon as you can after receiving it and we will fix our mistake!
